Julia Chai, the creator behind its.clay.day, lives and works in Northern California. She graduated from California Institute of the Arts in 2020 and currently explores making practical and functional objects with sculptural influence.

She finds inspiration from nature, particularly the ocean, her Korean heritage, food collaborations with her mother, and interior design.

All pieces are handmade with love and care.
